RITES Ltd., a NavRatna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India is a premier multi-disciplinary consultancy organization in the fields of transport, infrastructure, and related technologies.

RITES Ltd. invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Assistant Manager (Finance) on a regular basis.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess Degree recognized by concerned regulatory body in India for the relevant discipline; from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. 

Candidates should should have minimum experience of 2 years in i) Banking, ii) GST or Income-tax, iii) Accounts preparation, iv) Audit, v) Involvement in any Tendering processes, vi) Bill passing 

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years as on 27-04-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Test followed by an Interview.

Pay Scale: Rs.40,000 - 1,40,000/-

Application Fee: Rs.600 for General/ OBC category candidates
Rs.300 for EWS/ SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates.
