APPSC Recruitment 2026: 117 Junior Medical and Dental Specialist Vacancies

Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates of 115 (one hundred fifteen) posts of Junior Specialist (Allopathy) and 02 (two) posts of Junior Dental Specialist, under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria:

Junior Specialist Posts: Candidates must possess a recognized medical qualification included in the First or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in the Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the condition stipulated in sub-section (3) of the section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section 'A' or Section 'B' or Section 'D' as the case may be in Schedule VI or equivalent of Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rules, 2000.

The candidate (including Foreign Medical Graduates/Post Graduates) must be registered with the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council (APMC).

Junior Dental Specialist Posts: Candidates must possess a Post-graduate degree in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section A or Section 'B' or Section 'D' as the case may be in Schedule-VI or equivalent of Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rules, 2000.

The candidate (including Foreign Medical Graduates/Post Graduates) must be registered with Arunachal Pradesh Dental Council (APDC).

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 50 years as on 18-05-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Viva-voce/Interview, only. The total marks of the interview shall be 100 marks.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 11

Application Fee: Rs.150 for APST candidates
Rs.200 for other candidates
