Careerera has built a strong legacy since its inception in 2009 under the leadership of its founders; Alok Kumar Singh and Vivek Kumar Singh. Singh brothers have fostered a culture rooted in integrity, tradition, and discipline, while championing innovative skill development on a global scale.
By 2012, the business community understood that IT skills had a short shelf life. IT professionals and their managers had to keep up with a growing stream of new programming languages, computing paradigms, and technologies. Businesses and IT professionals recognized that EdTech was a key to navigating the current career landscape and delivering new skills quickly and effectively.
We took our classroom online, expanding access to our programs to increase access among underrepresented groups in tech.
Careeera began collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to create customized, 12-week data science courses which were delivered during the summer session.
We released live and flex programs and made flexibility central to the student schedule. We also celebrated a big milestone — our 1,000th graduate was enrolled.
We started our mission to help 1 million college graduates who do not have industry-ready skillsets to reach their full potential by giving them comprehensive job-oriented trainings. More than 10,000 college students participated in the 1 Million Project program during the 2019–20 academic year.
