The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: Candidates must have passed the 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or an equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Candidates must have passed 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Age Limit: Candidates born not earlier than 1st July 2007 and not later than 01st July 2010 are eligible. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Scheme of Examination: Candidates will be selected based on the Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test at Selection Centres/ Air Force Selection Boards/ Naval Selection Boards. All the candidates will be put to stage-one test on the first day of reporting at Selection Centres/ Air Force Selection Boards/ Naval Selection Boards. Only those candidates who qualify at stage one will be admitted to the second stage/ remaining tests.

Application Fee: Rs. 100
Female, SC/ST, and Persons with Benchmark Disability candidates are exempted from paying the examination fee.
