Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) OR Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Course B-Level OR Associate member of Institute of Engineers OR Graduate Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers OR Master’s Degree in Science (MSc) OR Master Degree in Computer Application OR Master’s Degree in Engineering OR Technology (ME or M-Tech) OR Master’s Degree in Philosophy (MPhil).

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years as on 21-11-2022. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Screening Test, Evaluation of the academic records followed by personal interaction/ interview.

Scale of Pay: Pay Level 12 for Scientist -D
Pay Level 11 for Scientist -C

Application Fee: Rs.800 for General and all others candidates
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Female Candidates are exempted from the submission of the application fee.
