Assistant Programmer: 27 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University; and
(ii) Two years experience in electronic data processing work including experience of actual programming from a recognized institute or from Offices of Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous or Statutory organization or public sector undertakings or Universities or Recognized Research Institutes.
OR
A Level diploma under the Department of Electronic Accredited Computer courses programme or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application offered under the University Programme, and
(ii) Three years experience in electronic data processing work including experience of actual programming from a recognized institute or from offices of Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territories/ Autonomous/ Statutory organization/ public sector undertakings/ Universities/ Recognized Research Institute.

Desirable: Knowledge of programming in C, C Plus, Or Visual C plus and in Oracle, Relation Data Base Management System to Experience on RISC based Computer Systems under UNIX or UNIX like Operating Systems or Windows Networking or Windows environment.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on a Recruitment Test (RT) followed by an interview, the candidate will have to achieve a minimum level of suitability in their respective category at the Interview stage.

Pay Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
