Educational Qualification:
Court Master (Shorthand) post: Candidate must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized University in India.
Candidates must have proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 120 w.p.m.
Candidates must have knowledge of computer operation and a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of regular service in the cadre of Private Secretary/ Senior PA/ PA/ Senior Stenographer in Government/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Statutory bodies.
Senior Personal Assistant post: Candidate must possess a Degree from a recognized University.
Candidates must have proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 w.p.m.
Candidates must have knowledge of computer operation and a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
Personal Assistant post: Candidate must possess a Degree from a recognized University.
Candidates must have proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 100 w.p.m.
Candidates must have knowledge of Computer Operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m
Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years (30 years for Court Master) and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years (45 years for Court Master) as of 31-12-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Typing Speed Test on Computer
Shorthand (English) Test at the speed of 120 words perminute
Written Test: Objective Type Question Paper with multiple choice answers containing 100 questions (consisting of 50 General English questions, 15 General Aptitude questions, 25 questions relating to Knowledge in Law, 10 General Knowledge questions).
Interview
Personal Assistant and Senior Personal Assistant Posts:
Typing Speed Test on Computer: Minimum speed 40 words per minute
Shorthand (English) Test at the speed of 110 words per minute and 100 words per minute for Personal Assistant Posts
Written Test: Objective Type question paper with multiple choice answers containing 100 questions (consisting of 50 General English questions, 25 General Aptitude questions based on logical reasoning (excluding questions relating to arithmetic) and 25 General Knowledge questions)
Interview
Pay Level: Level 11 for Court Master (Shorthand) Posts
Level 08 for Senior Personal Assistant Posts
Level 07 for Personal Assistant Posts
Application Fee: Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ PH candidates/ Dependent of Freedom Fighters candidates, and Rs.1000 for other candidates.
