National Testing Agency (NTA), Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GOI) invites online application from eligible candidates who desire to take up the teaching profession for the discipline of Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani of Indian Systems of Medicine & Homoeopathy; for National Teachers Entrance Test (NTET) 2024 for Post Graduates of Indian Systems Medicine and Homoeopathy; on behalf of Ministry of AYUSH/NCISM/NCH.
NTET Validity: The Teachers’ eligibility shall be valid for a period of 10 years from the date of qualifying for the National Teachers’ Eligibility Test for the Indian System of Medicine/ Homoeopathy.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a Post-Graduate degree in a relevant discipline recognized by the commission or Central Council of Indian System of Medicine/ Homoeopathy and have completed thirty months of the Post-graduate Degree program shall be eligible to appear in this examination. Applicants are strongly suggested to go through the required educational qualification criteria to check their eligibility before applying for NTET 2024.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a computer-based Test of 100 marks. There is no negative marking.
The National Teachers’ Eligibility test is to assess teaching aptitude; communication skills; classroom management; teaching, training and assessment technology; student psychology; andragogy; pedagogy or other related topics.
Application Fee: Rs. 4000 for General candidates, Rs. 3500 for EWS/ OBC-(NCL) candidates, and Rs. 3000 for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
