Deputy Registrar

Vacancy: 1(UR)

Level-12, Rs. 78800+ allowances

Master's degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks, its equivalent grade in the CGPA/Grade B in the UGC 7 points scale from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience:

• At least 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of 6000/- (Level 10th of 7th CPC) or above, with 3 years experience in educational administration OR
• Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other Institutions of higher education OR
• 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent post in GP of Rs. 5400/- (Level 10 of 7th CPC) and above.

Age: Up to 50 years

• Qualification in the area of Law/ Management/ Engineering.
• Experience in Computer Application/ e-office systems
• Experience in establishment/ academic/ financial administration in an academic or research organization.

Sports Officer

Vacancy: 1(UR)

Level 6, Rs. 35,400+ allowances

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from a recognized University with at least 3 years of experience in conducting sports events.

Age: Up to 30 years

• Experience in multi-sport event coordination preferred.
• The ability to mentor students and monitor performance is desirable.

Nurse

Vacancy: 1(UR)

Level 6, Rs. 35,400+ allowances

• Intermediate (10+2 with Science) or equivalent, and must have passed the examination held by the Nursing Council with 3 3-year courses in General Nursing and Midwifery with at least 55% marks from a recognized Board/Institute.
• Registered as an A-grade Nurse with the Nursing Council
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital.
• B.Sc (Nursing) candidates require 1 year of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 30 years

• Ability to work in shifts and manage critical patients is preferred.
• Ability to maintain ward and patient records accurately.
• Skill in monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and assisting doctors in procedures.
• Exposure to emergency care, ICU, or specialized wards is desirable.

• Prior lab or technical work experience in education research or an industrial setup is required.

Computer Programmer

Degree in Computer Science and Engineering with 3 years of experience

• Experience in coding, software maintenance, and database management is preferred.
• Familiarity with campus IT systems, web services, or automation tools is desirable.

Upper Division Clerk/ Caretaker (UDC)

Level 4, Rs. 25,500+ allowances

Graduate in any discipline, Knowledge of computer applications, and typing with the prescribed speed by DoPT.

Age: Up to 30 years

• Prior experience in clerical or administrative office work preferred.
• Familiarity with office workflow, record management, and file supervision adds an advantage

Stenographer Grade-III 

Vacancy: 2(UR)

Level 4, Rs. 25,500+ allowances

Graduate in any discipline with stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and 40 w.p.m. in typing respectively, with knowledge of computer applications.

Age: Up to 30 years

• Ability to handle confidential files and maintain office decorum.
• Prior experience in stenography, transcription, or office work is desirable.

Technician

Level 4, Rs. 25,500+ allowances

Class X pass and with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade with 2 years of experience.

Age: Up to 30 years

• Ability to handle workshop tools, repair equipment, and maintain workshop safety.

Skilled Worker

Vacancy: 17 (UR/ST)

Level 2, Rs. 19,900+ allowances

Class X pass with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade, or Class-XI (Science) Passed with at least 2 years of experience in the relevant department. In the case of Physics and Chemistry, the Educational Qualification would be Xth pass with any ITI/NTC.

Age: Up to 30 years

• Hands-on practical experience in the relevant trade or laboratory work is preferred.
• Ability to assist in technical and workshop tasks.

Sorter

Essential Higher Secondary (12th Std.) or its equivalent from a recognized board.

Age: Up to 30 years

• Completion of any certificate course in Library Science from a recognized organization/ institution.

Classifier/Cataloguer

Level 2, Rs. 19,000+ allowances

• B. Lib from a recognized University/ Institution
• Two years of experience in the acquisition of books, periodicals, and documentary works in a library of an Institute or other Library of Standing.

Age: Up to 30 years

• Knowledge of classification, cataloguing, and library record systems is desirable.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

PwBD)

Level 2, Rs. 19,900+ allowances

10+2 pass or equivalent from a recognized Board with typing speed 30 w.p.m. with knowledge of computer applications.

Age: Not exceeding 30 years

• Experience in clerical or office work preferred.
• Ability to maintain office records, prepare documents, and handle data entry.

Driver

Vacancy: 3(UR/ST)

Level 2, Rs. 19,900+ allowances

• Possession of a valid driving license for motor cars
• Knowledge of motor mechanism (the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle),
• Experience of driving a motor car for at least 3 years
• Pass in Class X
