Meghalaya High Court Recruitment 2025-26: 11 Judicial Officer Vacancies

The Meghalaya High Court invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Grade-III Judicial Officers posts, as per Schedule B of the Meghalaya Judicial Service Rules, 2006.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a graduate degree in Law from a recognized university established by law in India.

Candidates must have a minimum 3 years of practice as an advocate as on the last date.

Candidates must have a working knowledge of Khasi, Jaintia, or Garo.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 38 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Preliminary Examination (Screening Test), Main (Written) Examination followed by a Personal Interview.

Pay Scale: Pay Level J-1 (Rs. 77,840/- per month)

Application Fee: Rs.700, for UR/ OBC/ MOBC category candidates
Rs.350/- for ST/ SC.
PwBD categories candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
