Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 33 years for Junior Office Assistant, Junior Technical Assistant, Pharmacist, 35 years for Junior Translator, Junior Engineer, 38 years for Senior Superintendent, Library Superintendent, Senior Technical Assistant, Physical Education Instructor, Nurse, 40 years for Counsellor, Assistant Executive Engineer, 50 years for Principal Technical Officer, Deputy Librarian, Senior Technical Officer, Deputy Registrar, and 56 years for Superintending Engineer as on 15-06-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of computer-based descriptive/ Objective Screening Test/ Computer Skill Tests.

Pay Level 12 for Deputy Registrar, Deputy Librarian, and Principal Technical Officer Posts
Pay Level 11 for Senior Technical Officer Posts
Pay Level 10 for Assistant Executive Engineer Posts
Pay Level 07 for Senior Superintendent, Physical Education Instructor, Counsellor, Library Superintendent, Senior Technical Assistant, and Nurse Posts
Pay Level 06 for Junior Engineer, Junior Translator Posts
Pay Level 05 for Pharmacist, and Junior Technical Assistant Posts
Pay Level 04 for Junior Office Assistant (MS) Posts

Application Fee: Rs. 1,298 for UR/ OBC-NCL category candidates
Rs. 708 for EWS category candidates
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen and Female candidates are exempted from paying the application fees.
