Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) is a joint venture company incorporated by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), NTPC Limited (NTPC), Coal India Limited (CIL) with Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) and Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL) with a prime objective to establish and operate state of the art environment-friendly and energy efficient Natural Gas based Fertilizer Complexes (Ammonia-Urea) of 2200 MTPD Ammonia and 3850 MTPD Urea (1.27 MMTPA neem coated urea) at Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh), Sindri (Jharkhand) & Barauni (Bihar), and simultaneously market their products, thus spurring economic growth.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 53 years for Vice President, 30 years for Engineer and Officer, 40 years for Manager, 37 years for Deputy Manager, and 35 years for Assistant Manager as on 31-12-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Test/ GD/ Interview.

Rs. 70000 - 200000 for Manager
Rs. 60000 - 180000 for Deputy Manager
Rs. 50000 - 160000 for Assistant Manager
Rs. 45000 - 150000 for Senior Engineer
Rs. 40000 - 140000 for Engineer/ Officer
