Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Ltd. invites online applications from eligible candidates for appointment to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (GTO), Junior Electrical Engineer (GTO), Technician Grade-III, Junior Accounts Clerk, Correspondance Clerk, and Store Assistant.

Educational Qualification:
Assistant Executive Engineer (GTO) Posts: Candidate must possess a full-time 4-year Engineering Degree B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics from a recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE.

Junior Electrical Engineer (GTO) Posts: Candidate must possess a full-time 3 years Diploma in Electrical from a recognized Institute/ College duly recognized by State Government/ Central Government approved by AICTE.

Technician Grade-III Posts: Candidate must have passed Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.

Junior Accounts Clerk Posts: Candidate must possess a graduate degree in Commerce from any recognized University.

Correspondance Clerk and Store Assistant Posts: Candidate must possess a graduate degree in any discipline from any recognized University.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 (18 years for Junior Electrical Engineer, and Technician posts) and must not have crossed the maximum age of 37 as on 31-03-24. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on a computer-based Test. Candidates who applied for Assistant Executive Engineer will be selected on the basis of a valid GATE Score.

Note: The probation period shall be 3 years for Assistant Executive Engineer and Junior Electrical Engineer Posts, and 2 years for other posts.

Remuneration:
Rs. 36,800 - 58,600 of Level- 9 for Assistant Executive Engineer
Rs. 25,900 - 48,900 of Level- 8 for Junior Electrical Engineer
Rs. 9,200 - 15,500 of Level- 5 for all other posts

Application Fee: Rs. 1500 for Unreserved, Backward Classes and Rs. 375/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Females candidates of Bihar only.
