UPSC Combined Medical Services Exam 2026 Application Form

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2026.

All candidates are requested to carefully read the Rules of Combined Medical Services Examination notified by the Government (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) and this Notice of Examination derived from these Rules. The Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. Their admission to all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate should have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years as on 01-08-2026. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1994. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination followed by the Personality Test of 100 marks.

Pay Scale: Pay Level-10

Application Fee: Rs. 200 for appearing in the Combined Medical Services Examination
Female, SC/ST, and Persons with Benchmark Disability candidates are exempted from paying the examination fee.
