(Vacancy No. 25121401213) Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications, Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry: 100 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in law of a recognized University.

Candidates must have Two years’ experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trade marks and Geographical Indications.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 07

Eligibility Criteria: The candidates must possess a Ph.D in any discipline in Humanities or Science or Commerce or Engineering/ Technology or in a professional course such as Law or Management or Finance or Accounts from a recognized University or Institute.

Candidates must have five years post-qualification experience in teaching at degree level/ research/ preparation of teaching learning material/ curriculum development/ educational testing/ examination reforms/ development & administration of online examinations.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 43 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 11

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of the Recruitment Test (RT) followed by an interview.
