SHS Bihar Recruitment 2025-26: 5006 ANM Vacancies

State Health Society, Bihar invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment on contractual vacant posts of ANM for strengthening and successful operation of health facilities being provided to the public in Primary Health Center/ Additional Primary Health Center under National Child Health Program (RBSK), Urban Primary Health Center under National Urban Health Program (NUHM) and all the health sub-centers of the state under National Health Mission (NHM).

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have Diploma (2 years full time) in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) training course from a recognized ANM training institute.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years as on 01-08-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer based Test of 80 marks and 20 marks for contractual experience (Candidates should have worked as ANM during COVID-19. For one year of relevant experience 05 marks will be assigned with a conditions that maximum of 20 marks will be allocated.).

Pay Scale: Rs.15,000/- per month

Application Fee: Rs. 500/- for General/ OBC/ EWS category and other states candidates
Rs. 125/- for SC/ ST/ PH/ Female candidates of Bihar State
