    Job Description :

    The Punjab & Sind Bank is recruiting Specialist Officers for various positions across different levels (JMGS I, MMGS II, MMGS III, and SMGS IV). These positions require experience in specific fields like Information Technology, Rajbhasha, Human Resource, Software Development, Cyber Security, Credits.

    Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies Advertised: 213 Vacancies

    JMGS I (Junior Management Grade I): 56 vacancies

    MMGS II (Middle Management Grade II): 117 vacancies

    MMGS III (Middle Management Grade III): 33 vacancies

    SMGS IV (Senior Management Grade IV): 7 vacancies

    Commencement of Online Application: 31-08-2024

    Last Date of Online Application: 15-09-2024

     

    Remuneration: 

    Officer - JMGS I: Rs. 48,480-85,920/-

    Manager - MMGS II: Rs. 64,820-93,960/-

    Senior Manager - MMGS III: Rs. 85,920-1,05,280/-

    Chief Manager- SMGS IV: Rs.1,02,300-1,20,940/-

     

    Age Limits:

    SMGS-IV:  Minimum age 28 years and maximum age 40 years of age. Candidates must have been born between 02.08.1984 to 01.08.1996.

    MMGS-III: Minimum age 25 years and maximum age 38 years of age. Candidates must have been born between 02.08.1986 to 01.08.1999.

    JMGS-I: Minimum age 25 years and maximum age 35 years of age. Candidates must have been born between 02.08.1989 to 01.08.1999.

    MMGS-II: Minimum age 20 years and maximum age 32 years of age. Candidates must have been born between 02.08.1992 to 01.08.2004.

    However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

     

    Educational Qualification: Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria specific to each individual post as detailed in the official notification. This includes educational and professional qualifications and work experience.

    Selection Process: The selection process for the IT Specialist positions in JMGS I and MMGS II at Punjab & Sind Bank will involve the following steps:

    1. Shortlisting based on GATE Score: Candidates who have applied for these positions will be shortlisted based on their GATE score. The most recent GATE score will be considered for this purpose.
    2. Personal Interview: Candidates who are shortlisted based on their GATE scores will be called for a personal interview.
    3. Final Selection: The final selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the personal interview.
