Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited, a Mini Ratna Company, is a high-tech Metallurgical industry under the administrative control of Ministry of Defence, engaged in the manufacture of super alloys and special steels, titanium alloys in various mill forms and shapes for strategic sectors like Defence, Space, Atomic Energy and also for Commercial sectors.

Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited, invites applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of Graduate and Technician (Diploma) for one year apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1992.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate Apprentices: Candidates must possess a bachelor degree in engineering or technology granted by recognized university.

Candidates must have a degree in engineering or technology granted by an Institutions empowered to grant such degrees by an Act of Parliament. 

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: The candidate must have completed a Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.

The candidate must have completed a Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a university in relevant discipline.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 10-12-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the merit (percentage of marks obtained in the SSC and Graduation/ Diploma in Engg.). The final selection will be subjected to verification of the certificates (Age, Qualification, Category and Aadhar) and medical fitness.

Duration of Training: One year

Remuneration: Rs. 12,300 for Graduate Apprentices

Rs. 10,900 for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices
