Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 25 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years for Manager Posts.
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 30 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years for Sr. Manager Posts as on 01-09-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an online written exam for the Indian Overseas Bank Apprenticeship program consisting of 100 marks and has a duration of 90 minutes. Candidates qualifying in the Online Examination would be called for personal Interview.

Probation Period: 2 years

Emoluments: Rs.64820 - 93960 for Manager Posts
Rs.85920 - 105280 for Sr. Manager Posts

Application Fee: Rs. 175/- for SC/ ST/ PWD categories candidates
Rs. 1000/- for all other candidates.
