IIT Goa Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 Application Form

Indian Institute of Technology Goa, an Institute of National Importance established by an Act of Parliament in the year 2016 has been steadily establishing its operations in its transit campus to provide education and to promote research in various branches of Engineering, Science and Technology.

IIT Goa invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of various Non-Teaching positions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Registrar Posts: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent.

Technical Assistant Posts: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 60 % of marks or its equivalent CGPA.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 42 years for Assistant Registrar posts, and 27 years for Technical Assistant posts. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process:

For Group A posts: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test followed by the interview. The final selection will be based on the performance in the interview only.

For Group C posts: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Computer Based Test and/ or Trade Test and/ or any other mode of test.

Probation period: One year.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 10 for Assistant Registrar posts
Pay Level 04 for Technical Assistant posts

Application Fee: Rs. 500/- for Group A posts, Rs. 100 for Group C posts.
SC/ ST/ PwBD and Female candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
