Job Description :

IDBI Bank LTD. invites online applications from eligible candidates for Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Manager positions in corporate credit and retail credit disciplines.

Important Dates:
- Start Date of Online Registration: September 01, 2024
- Last Date of Online Registration: September 15, 2024
Age Limit: Minimum 28 years and Maximum 40 years for Assistant General Manager (AGM), and minimum 25 years and Maximum 35 years for Manager positions as of 01 August 2024.

Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1984 and not later than 01-08-1996 for AGM; and Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1989 and not later than 01-08-1999 for Manager positions.

However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Eligibility Criteria:

AGM- Candidates must possess Post-graduate degree from a recognized Indian university. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of working experience in corporate finance, corporate credit, or retail credit roles, with at least 4 years in specific areas like credit sourcing, appraisal, administration, risk management, and recovery.

Manager- Candidates must possess a Graduation degree from a recognised university. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of working experience in corporate finance or corporate credit, with at least 2 years in specific areas like credit sourcing, appraisal, administration, risk management, and recovery.

Note- Candidates having additional qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB/MBA are preferred for both positions.

Selection Process: The final selection of candidates for Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Manager positions; and onboarding will be at the sole discretion of the IDBI Bank.

Pay Scale:

Assistant General Manager, Grade 'C'
- Pay Scale: ₹85,920 -₹105,280/-
- Gross Emolument (Metro Cities): Approximately ₹157,000 per month
Manager - Grade 'B'
- Pay Scale: ₹64,820 - ₹93,960/-
- Gross Emolument (Metro Cities): Approximately ₹119,000 per month

Application Fee: The examination fee is Rs. 1,000/- for General, EWS, and OBC candidates, and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidates.
