  IDBI Bank LTD. invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade "O".

  Eligibility Criteria:

  Generalist Posts: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government/ Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC.

  Specialist - Agri Asset Officer Posts: Candidates must possess 4 years of the degree ( B.Sc/B Tech/B.E) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture engineering, Fishery Science/ Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Dairy Science/Technology, Food Science/ technology, Pisciculture, Agro-Forestry, Sericulture from a University recognized/ approved by the Government/ Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC.

  Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years as on 01-01-2025. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-10-1999 and not later than 01-10-2004 both dates inclusive. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

  Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

  Pay Scale: ₹85,920 -₹105,280/-
  Gross Emolument (Metro Cities): Approximately ₹157,000 per month

  Application Fee: The examination fee is Rs. 1,050/- for General, EWS, and OBC candidates, and Rs. 200/- for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
