Job Description :

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment for a profile of Diploma Engineering as Junior Executive in various disciplines.

Junior Executive: 234 Vacancies

Mechanical: 130 Vacancies
Electrical: 65 Vacancies
Instrumentation: 37 Vacancies
Chemical: 02 Vacancies

Important Dates:
Commencement Date of Online Application: 15-01-2025
Last Date of Online Application: 14-02-2025

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a 3-year full-time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years as on 14-02-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of the Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test, Personal Interview.

Computer-Based Test will consist of objective questions and will comprise of two parts.
i. General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).
ii. Technical/ Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to the Qualifying degree/ Educational background required for the applied position.

Probation: The Selected Officers will be on Probation for one year from the Date of Joining.

Emoluments: Rs.30000 - 120000

Application Fee: Rs. 1180 for UR/ OBCNC/ EWS category candidates
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women/ Ex-Servicemen are exempted from submission of application fee.
