Hindustan Aeronautics Limited invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Diploma Technician and Technician in Categories on a Tenure basis for Four years in the Non-Executive Cadre to be posted in various Divisions/ Offices of HAL/ Indian Air Force Bases (IAF) Outstation Bases.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must have not crossed the maximum age of 28 years as of 31-07-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test which will be conducted in Bangalore. Candidates qualified in the document verification will be issued Provisional Offer and they are required to undergo Pre-Employment Medical examination at HAL Hospital.

Pay Level: Level 5 of Pay Matrix with Basic Pay of Rs. 44796/- for Technician
Level 6 of Pay Matrix with Basic Pay of Rs. 46764/- for Diploma Technician

Application Fee: Rs. 200/-, and Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Apprentices of the HAL-based Divisions are exempted from the payment of the Application Fee. Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
