National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) an autonomous organization established under Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Principal, Post Graduate Teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers, Hostel Warden (Male and Female), Female Staff Nurse, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Lab Attendant.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualifications, experience if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 50 years for Principal, 40 years for PGT, 35 years for TGT, Librarian, Female Staff Nurse, and Hostel Warden, 30 years for Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant, and Lab Attendant Posts as on 23-10-2025. Candidates born not before 02-08-2000 and not later than 01-08-2005 are eligible to apply. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of the Written test and/or the Interview.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 12 for Principal Posts
Pay Level 08 for Post Graduate Teacher Posts
Pay Level 07 for Librarian, TGT Posts
Pay Level 06 for Art/Music/Physical Education Teacher, Accountant Posts
Pay Level 05 for Female Staff Nurse, Hostel Warden Posts
Pay Level 02 for Junior Secretariat Assistant Posts
Pay Level 01 for Lab Attendant Posts

Application Fee: Rs.500 for Female, SC, ST & PwBD candidates
Rs.2500 for Principal, Rs.2000 for PGT & TGTs, and Rs. 1500 for Non-Teaching Staff Posts for other categories candidates
