Eligibility Criteria: The candidates must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent.

Desirable Qualification: Intermediate (12th Class) Pass and Experience in the relevant area of work.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years as on 05-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: The candidates will have to appear for Trade Test. Candidates who qualify in the Trade Test will be eligible to appear for the Competitive Written Examination (CWE). The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidates in the CWE, which will consist of a single paper. The merit list will be drawn solely on the basis of the marks obtained in this paper.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 01

Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women/ Ex-Servicemen/ Regular CSIR Employees are exempted from submission of application fee.
