Eligibility Criteria:

Manager (Technical) Posts: Candidates must possess a full time 1st Class M.E./M. Tech in Mech/ Chem/ Polymer Technology with 5 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field of Polymers/Plastics
Or
Ph.D in Engineering or Science or Technology with 3 years post qualification experience in the relevant field of Polymers/ Plastics.

Senior Technical Officer Posts: Candidates must possess a full time 1st Class M.E./ M. Tech in Mech/ Chem/ Polymer Technology with 5 years post qualification experience in the relevant field of Polymers/ Plastics
Or
Ph.D in Engineering or Science or Technology with 3 years post qualification experience in the relevant field of Polymers/ Plastics.

Manager (Non-Technical) Posts: Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree in any discipline from recognized University and MBA/ Post Graduation in Public Administration/ PG diploma in Management from a recognized University/ Institute, with minimum 55% marks at Graduation and Post Graduation Level.
And
Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in HR, administration, personnel, purchase functions etc. in a reputed organization.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years for Senior Technical Officer, and 45 years for Manager Posts as on 03-03-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test with Skill/ Practical Test and/or Interview as applicable. 

Pay Scale: Pay Level 11 for Senior Technical Officer Posts
Pay Level 12 for Manager Posts
