Central Electronics Limited, a Mini Ratna Enterprise, is a Government of India Enterprise under Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology. It was established in 1974 with an objective to commercially exploit the indigenous technologies developed by National Laboratories and R&D Institutions in the country. CEL has developed a number of products for the first time in the country through its own R&D efforts and in close association with the premier National & International Laboratories including Defence Laboratories.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, age limit experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 48 years for Deputy General Manager, 42 years for Sr. Technical Manager, 30 years for Deputy Engineer, Clerk, and 25 years for Operator posts as on 31-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination followed by Document Verification and Personal Interview.

Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000/- for Deputy General Manager Posts
Rs. 70,000 - 2,00,000/- for Sr. Technical Manager/ Sr. Manager Posts
Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000/- for Deputy Engineer/Personnel Officer Posts
Rs. 20,000 - 65,000/- for Clerk Posts
Rs. 17,500 - 50,000/- for Operator Posts
