Bharat Earth Movers Limited is seeking qualified candidates to fill the positions of ITI Trainees and Office Assistant Trainees through a direct recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria: 

ITI Trainees- Candidates must have passed 1st Class (60% and above) in ITI Trade with NAC from recognized institutions and must have 3 years of experience in relevant fields.

Office Assistant Trainees- Candidate should be Full time Graduate Degree / Diploma in Commercial Practice/ Diploma in Secretarial Practice with Proficiency in Computer application. Minimum six months course approved by DOEACC with typing skill is desirable and  must have 3 years of experience in relevant fields.

Upper Age Limit: Candidate must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years as of 04-09-2024 . However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: 

ITI Trainees-The selection will be based on assessment through Computer Based Written-Test or Trade test as may be decided by BEML Management.

Office Assistant Trainees-The selection will be based on assessment through Computer Based Written-Test consisting of Multi-Choice question answers. 

Pay Scale: The candidate will undergo a 1-year training program and a subsequent 1-year contract. During training, they will receive a stipend of Rs. 15,500 per month, and this will increase to Rs. 20,000 per month during the contract period. Upon successful completion of both periods, candidates may be offered permanent employment with BEML in Wage Group B, which corresponds to a pay scale of Rs. 16,900 to Rs. 60,650.
