APSSB CLDCE Recruitment Exam 2026: 205Group C Vacancies

The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment to Gr. 'C’ posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), and Driver under Combined Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (CLDCE) Quota for the vacancies as indicated against the respective Departments/ Offices.

Lower Division Clerk: 122 Vacancies
Junior Secretariat Assistant: 14 Vacancies
Driver: 69 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.  

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years (50 years in case of candidates belonging to APST) as on 29-03-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Scheme of Examination:

Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Junior Secretariat Assistant: Candidates will be selected through the test of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions total of 200 Marks (General Awareness of 50 Marks, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability of 50 Marks, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability of 50 Marks, and Test of English Language and Comprehension of 50 Marks followed by the Skill Test.

Driver Post: Candidates will be selected through the test of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions with a total of 200 Marks (General Awareness of 25 Marks, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability of 25 Marks, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability of 25 Marks, Test of English Language and Comprehension of 25 Marks, and Technical Paper 100 marks followed by the Driving Test.

Pay Scale: Pay Level-4 of Rs.25,500 - 81,100/-

Application Fee: Rs. 200 for General/ OBC category candidates
Rs. 150 for APST category candidates.
PwBD Candidates are exempt from paying the fees.
