Eligibility Criteria:

Executive Engineer Posts: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/ Institution.

Candidates must have five years of experience in the executive cadre in Planning/ Construction/ Design/ Maintenance, preferably of Port and Marine Structures in an Industrial/ Commercial/ Government Undertaking

Trainee Pilot Posts: Candidates must hold a Certificate of Competency as Master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Government of India.

Experience: One year post-qualification experience as Master/Chief Officer of Foreign going ship.

Dy. Chief Engineer Posts: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/ Institution.

Candidates must have twelve years of experience in the executive cadre in Planning/ Construction/ Design Maintenance, preferably of Port and Marine Structures in an Industrial/Commercial/ Government Undertaking

Sr. Dy. Secretary Posts: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized University.

Candidates must have twelve years of experience in the executive cadre in the field of General Administration, Personnel, Industrial Relations etc., in an Industrial/ Commercial/ Government Undertaking.

Desirable: Post Graduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Social Work/Labour Welfare or allied subjects,s or a degree in Law from a recognised University/ Institution.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years for Executive Engineer, 40 years for Trainee Pilot, 42 years for Dy. Chief Engineer, Sr. Dy. Secretary posts as on 01-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination or/and interview.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/- for Executive Engineer posts
Rs. 70,000 - 2,00,000/- for Trainee Pilot posts
Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000/- for Dy. Chief Engineer, Sr. Dy. Secretary posts
