APPSC TGT Exam 2026: 389 Teaching Recruitment Notification

Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) under the Education Department of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess graduate with a minimum Second-Class Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognized university and must have studied the concerned subject in all years/semesters of the Bachelor's Degree programme.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years as on 27-04-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written examination (Objective) of 500 marks, followed by the Viva Voce.

Examination Centres: Itanagar, Naharlagun, Nirjuli/ Doimukh, Ziro, Pasighat, and Namsai

Pay Scale: Pay Level 07

Application Fee: Rs.150 for APST candidates
Rs.200 for other candidates
