The Curriculum

The Doctorate in Business Administration at LSMT is a three-year program.  At LSMT, DBA scholars will follow a four-phased programme structure. 

Foundation Phase: This phase commence with the first semester of your DBA programme. This stage is typically laying the groundwork for your DBA research. Here doctoral candidates will engage with the core modules including research methods and techniques, literature review, etc. Candidates are also required to submit their research topic and proposal at this stage.

Specialisation Phase: This phase entails student's engagement with the elective modules that they wish to specialise in. Candidates will have the choice to select modules aligning with their interests and career goals. 

Survey and Research Phase: This phase entails students to conduct original research on the ytopic they have submitted. DBA scholars  work closely with their assigned supervisors. They will engage in designing and conducting , analysis of the data collected and producing a quality thesis.
