Job Description :

The Union Public Commission selection invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Deputy Superintending Archaeologist and Cabin Safety Inspector posts.

Deputy Superintending Archaeologist: 67 Vacancies in Archaeological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture, Government of India
Cabin Safety Inspector: 15 Vacancies in Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India

Eligibility Criteria:

Deputy Superintending Archaeologist posts: Candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Archaeology or Master's degree in Indian History or Master degree in Anthropology, or Master's degree in Geology from a recognized University or Institute.

Candidates must have a Postgraduate or Advanced Diploma in Archaeology of a minimum one-year duration from a recognized University or Institute or have field experience of at least three years in Archaeology.

For Cabin Safety Inspector posts: The Candidate must pass 10+2 from a recognized board. Candidates must also have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Cabin Crew and presently working as a Cabin Crew.

Candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University or institute, and have a minimum of one year experience as a Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) approved Safety and Emergency Procedure (SEP) Instructor; will be preferred.

Selection Process: Candidates will be evaluated and selected based on their performance in the interview. The interview will assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position.

Pay Scale:
Deputy Superintending Archaeologist: Level 10 in Pay Matrix
Cabin Safety Inspector: Level 11 in Pay Matrix

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for the Deputy Superintending Archaeologist post is 35 years and for the Cabin Safety Inspector is 40 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.
