Job Description :

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a leading fertilizer and chemical manufacturing company, invites online applications from eligible candidates for engagement of total Graduate Apprentices, Technician Apprentice, and Trade Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961; at Trombay, Mumbai.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies Advertised:

Graduate Apprentice Trainee- 31 Positions

Technician Apprentice Trainee- 54 Positions

Trade Apprentice Trainee- 80 Positions

Duration of Training: 12 Months (24 Months for Trade Apprentices in Horticulture Assistant, and Electrician trades.)

Educational Qualification: The candidates must possess a graduate degree for Graduate Apprentice Positions, diploma for Technician Apprentices Positions, and possess bachelor's degree or 12th pass for Trade Apprentice Positions.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01.07.2024. However, age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is of 5 years, OBC is of 3 years, and PWBD is of 10 years, and for children/ family members of 1984 riot victims is of 5 years..

Remuneration: Trade Apprentice - 7000/month, Technician Apprentices - 8000/month, Graduate apprentices - 9000/month

Selection Process:The merit list will be prepared based on educational qualification percentage criteria and reservation as per applicable. If CGPA/CPI is awarded, equivalent marks should be indicated, and a certificate is required for final selection, and 5% marks relaxation into the final selection of SC/ST and PWBD.
