  Job Description :

  

  RailTel Corporation of India Limited, a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment in the General Administration Department of RailTel Corporation.

  Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies: 
  Assistant Manager (Legal)/ E-0: 02 Vacancies
  Assistant Company Secretary (ACS)/ E-1: 01 Vacancies

  Educational Qualification:
  Assistant Manager (Legal) Posts: The candidate must possess an LLB (Full-time) degree from a recognized University/ Deemed University/ Autonomous Institute incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India or the UGC Act or from an institution recognized/ approved by AICTE or any other accrediting organizations under the Government of India.

  Assistant Company Secretary (ACS): The candidate must possess a graduate degree with associate/fellow membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

  Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 28 years (30 Years for Assistant Company Secretary posts) as on 06-12-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

  Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test/ skill test followed by an interview.

  Place of Posting: The current place of posting is Delhi.

  Probation: Two years from the date of joining RailTel.

  Pay Scale: Rs.30,000-1,20,000/- for Assistant Manager (Legal) posts
  Rs.40,000- 1,40,000/- for Assistant Company Secretary (ACS) posts

  Application Fee: A bank draft for Rs. 1200/- (Rs.600 for SC/ ST/ PwBDs) in favor of ‘RailTel Corporation of India Limited’ payable at New Delhi.
