Maharashtra State Co-operative Bank Ltd., (MSC Bank) Mumbai, a Scheduled Bank is the leading Apex Cooperative Bank in Maharashtra State, established in 1911. The Bank is operating through its Head Office in Mumbai, 6 Regional Offices, and 57 branches in Maharashtra.

Maharashtra State Co-operative Bank Ltd. invites online applications from eligible candidates only from residents of Maharashtra State for the post of Trainee Officers in Junior Officer Grade and Trainee Associates in the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

Trainee Junior Officers: Candidates must possess a graduate degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks and should have passed the Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects. Candidates who have pursued a Bachelor/Master in Law or completed JAIIB/ CAIIB/ MSCIT certifications or have work experience in the Treasury/ International Banking Division Department will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the Banking field preferably in Urban/ DCC Bank as an Officer.

Trainee Associates: Candidates must possess a graduate degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks and should have passed the Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects. Candidates who have passed the government commercial certificate exam of 30 w.p.m for Marathi typing and 40 w.p.m for English typing/ completed MSCIT certification will be preferred.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 23 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years for Trainee Junior Officers posts as of 01-10-2025. Candidates should have been born not earlier than 31-08-1992.
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 28 years for Trainee Associates posts as of 01-10-2025. Candidates should have been born not earlier than 31-08-1996.
However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process:

Trainee Junior Officers Posts: Candidates will be selected based on the On-line Examination and Personal Interview.
The online written test/ Examination will be a total of 200 marks of Professional Knowledge, English, Banking and General Awareness English, and Quantitative and Numerical Ability.

Trainee Associates Posts: Candidates will be selected based on a Preliminary examination for a total of 100 marks in English language, Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability. The final selection of candidates will be on the basis of the Mains Examination of a total of 200 marks for General and Financial Awareness, English Language, Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, and Computer Knowledge.

Examination Centre:
For the Post of Trainee Junior Officer: The Online Examination will be held at Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nasik, Aurangabad, Nanded, and Kolhapur Centres.
For the Post of Trainee Associate: The Online Preliminary Examination will be held at Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nasik, Aurangabad, Nanded, and Kolhapur Centres.

Training Period: 12 Months

Pay Scale:
Rs.30,000/- per month for Trainee Junior Officers
Rs.25,000/- per month for Trainee Associates

Rs. 1,770/- for Trainee Junior Officers Posts and Rs. 1,180/- for Trainee Associates Posts.
