Eligibility Criteria:
For IT Officer (Scale-I): Candidate must possess a 4-year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation
OR
Candidates must possess Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications
OR
Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level
For Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): Candidate must possess a 4-year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ AgroForestry/Forestry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ B.Tech Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Agricultural Engineering/ Sericulture / Fisheries Engineering.
For Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): Candidates must possess Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level
OR
Postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.
For Law Officer (Scale I): Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.
For HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Candidates must possess a Graduate and Two-year full-time postgraduate degree or a Two-year full-time postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.
For Marketing Officer (Scale I): Candidates must possess a Graduate and Two Years Full-time MMS (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time MBA (Marketing)/ Two Years Full-time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
Age Limit: Minimum age is 20 years and the maximum age is 30 years as of 01-08-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through two phases of exams:
Preliminary Examination:
For the post of Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari: English Language exam of 25 marks, Reasoning exam of 50 marks, and General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking Industry exam of 50 marks.
For the Post of IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer: English Language exam of 25 marks, Reasoning exam of 50 marks, and Quantitative Aptitude exam of 50 marks.
Main Examination:
For the Post of Law Officer, IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer: Professional Knowledge exam of 60 marks.
For the Post of Rajbhasha Adhikari: Professional Knowledge Objective and Descriptive exam of 60 marks.
Application Fee: Rs. 175/- for SC/ ST/ PWBD Candidates, and Rs. 850/ for all other candidates.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee through any Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI ID using the online payment gateway facility.
