Yes, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories are eligible for a free travel pass. The City Intimation Slip/e-call letter will contain free travel authority and candidates can use it for booking sleeper class train reservations.
Candidates with visual impairments, locomotor disabilities (such as one arm), cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy or intellectual disabilities (like Autism, specific learning disabilities or mental illness) can avail themselves of a scribe to assist them during the exam, provided their disability is greater than 40%.
To be eligible for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) category, the disability must be 40% or more.
Cut-off marks vary by zone and category (General, OBC, SC, ST). Candidates can refer to previous years' cut-offs for an estimate, but the exact cut-off will be released after the exam results.

Candidates who take CBT-1 are entitled to a refund of the examination fee, after deduction of bank charges. Modification fee is, however, non-refundable. Those who fail to turn up for CBT are not entitled to a refund.
Medical standards for RRB NTPC Graduate recruitment differ post-wise. In the case of posts that require A1, A2 or A3 medical standards, candidates who have done LASIK surgery are not suitable. In the case of B1 or B2 posts, candidates might be suitable subject to some conditions.
Yes, the marks for RRB NTPC exams will be normalized to ensure fairness and account for any discrepancies in difficulty level between different exam sessions.

Applicants for Senior Clerk cum Typist and Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist positions need to pass a qualifying Typing Skill Test, typing 30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi, with relaxation for eligible PwBD candidates. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the second-stage CBT performance for the candidates who pass or are exempted from the TST.
